Houston’s Industrial Market Isn’t Slowing Down

Two new leases were recently inked in Cypress Preserve Logistics Center located at 22203 and 22003 Cypress Slough Rd. in Houston. Source Logistics Houston will occupy 157,805 square feet in building 2 (22003) and was represented by Trace Elrod of Newmark. Miner Material Handling leased building 3 (22203), a 16,500-square-foot space, and was represented by Bill Rudolf and Kyle Golding of CBRE.

Walker Barnett and Ryan Byrd of Colliers International represented Jeffrey Davis and Jeffory L. Stringer of Davis Commercial Development, the developer/landlord in the transaction.

Cypress Preserve Logistics Center is a class-A industrial park featuring two 258,000-square-foot institutional-quality multi-tenant buildings and two smaller owner/user freestanding buildings. The property is located in North Houston, offering access to The Woodlands, Conroe and Greater Houston. Developed by Davis Commercial Development, the industrial park includes trailer/passenger vehicle parking and multiple points of ingress/egress from I-45N and the Hardy Toll Road.
