Z’Tejas’ newest Austin location is a 5,280-square-foot space in The Plaza at Avery Ranch shopping center in Northwest Austin near Cedar Park. The building is located at 14900 Avery Ranch Blvd. It is the third Austin location and fifth overall for this southwestern restaurant chain.

Rockspring’s Austin brokerage team helped secure the space. Barret Espe of Rockspring’s brokerage team assisted the restaurant in finding and securing a lease at this prime location.

The landlord was represented by SRS Real Estate Partners.
