Zoominfo Inks 101K-SF Lease at Waltham Campus

ZoomInfo has signed a new lease totaling approximately 101,000 square feet at 404 Wyman St., part of a 13-building life sciences and office campus in Waltham, MA, 12 miles from Boston. The company has been a tenant at the Wyman campus for the past four years and is now moving into a new space there. The tenant roster at the 2.2-million-square-foot, Hobbs Brook Real Estate-owned campus also includes global vaccine leader Seqirus and ServiceNow, a cloud computing platform specializing in digital workflow management.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
