ZoomInfo Inks 100K-SF Office Lease in Waltham
Go-to-market intelligence solutions provider ZoomInfo has signed a 100,000-square-foot lease at 275 Wyman, a five-story office building in Waltham.
Located along the Route 128 technology corridor about 10 miles west of Boston, the 314,000-square-foot building is one of 15 based within owner Hobbs Brook’s 2.2-million-square-foot office campus along Wyman Street. ZoomInfo will occupy the entire fourth and fifth floors of the building. The firm is currently working remotely and plans to move into its new space during summer 2021. ZoomInfo employees are planning to return to the office in a hybrid approach.
ZoomInfo takes over the Wyman Street workspace from the building’s current primary tenant, Cimpress, parent company to Vistaprint, which will relocate to ZoomInfo’s current 73,000-square-foot office space at 170 Tracer Lane early this summer. Tyler McGrail of Newmark represented ZoomInfo in the lease transaction.
