Zoom to Open First Seattle-Area Office in Downtown Bellevue
Sterling Realty Organization (SRO) announced that Zoom Communications, Inc. has leased 19,805 square feet of office space in the newly renovated Symetra Center building in downtown Bellevue.
Located at the corner of NE 8th St and 108th Ave NE, the new space is Zoom’s first office location in the Seattle area. “This lease, in addition to strong interest from other top-tier tenants, underscores the impact of SRO’s substantial investment in reimagining the lobby and exterior plazas,” said SRO Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, Whit Hamlin.
SRO recently completed extensive enhancements to the ground level of the 25-story office building. “Since finalizing the building renovations in September 2024, we have completed more than 47,785 square feet in new lease transactions, and our building is now 96 percent leased,” added Hamlin.
“We chose to locate our newest office in the Seattle area due to the region’s vast history of innovation and its prominent role in the evolution of AI,” said Alana Collins, Head of Real Estate and Workplace at Zoom.
