A project is off to a good start if it’s 80% leased before it’s completely built. ZOM Living recently completed Hazel by the Galleria, a 398-unit, five- and six-story luxury rental community and pre-leasing went very well. The project is located in the Galleria neighborhood in North Dallas, Texas.
