ZOM Living Opens Mixed-Use at National Landing in Arlington

ZOM Living has completed Hazel & Azure at National Landing, a new luxury mixed-use development in Arlington, Virginia.

Situated at 3030 & 3130 South Potomac Ave., the rental residential community comprises 491 apartments across two towers and 8,900 square feet of retail space in one of the DC Metro area’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.

“The completion of Hazel & Azure at National Landing will meet the demand for highly-amenitized, quality rental apartments and prominent retail services that will serve residents and the surrounding community of National Landing and Arlington County,” said Greg West, CEO of ZOM Living.

The property offers studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and townhomes ranging from 516 to 1,852 square feet. The mixed-use development features retail space that will be home to cafes and service-oriented retailers recently signed.

The property was designed by bKL Architecture and built by Balfour Beatty. The mixed-use development is prominently located less than one mile from Amazon’s HQ2 in Arlington and the $1 billion Virginia Tech Innovation Campus rising nearby.
