Zom Living Delivers 214-Unit Azola South Apartments

Multifamily development firm ZOM Living has announced the completion of Azola South Tampa. The  new residential enclave includes four apartment buildings and a selection of townhomes. 

“The completion of Azola South Tampa is a testament to ZOM Living’s commitment to providing high-quality housing in the thriving Tampa market,” said Kyle Clayton, senior vice president at ZOM Living. “This property meets the demand for highly-amenitized communities that offer a live-work-play environment. With an abundance of restaurants, shopping, schools, and entertainment options, South Tampa is becoming one of the most desirable destinations in the Tampa Bay area.”

Azola South Tampa was nearly 70 percent leased at completion. Floorplans include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, as well as six townhome units with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. All units range in size from 747 to 2,115 square feet, with monthly rental rates ranging from $1,987 to $4,050.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
