Zion Capital Closes on Five Austin Apartment Assets

Zion Capital recently completed the acquisition of five multifamily properties located throughout Austin. The five properties include Mueller Place I & II ($13.5 million), Villas at Mueller ($17 million) and Hyde Park Portfolio—Spanish Trails and Miller Square ($13.2 million).

86-unit Mueller Place I and 24-unit Mueller Place II were built two years apart, 1969 and 1971. They are situated in the Windsor Park neighborhood of Austin. The Villas at Mueller is a 124-unit project built in 1973. And the Hyde Park Portfolio included the 40-unit Spanish Trails and 51-unit Miller Square.
