Zilber Proposes 163K-SF Spec at Franklin Business Park

Zilber Property Group, headquartered in Milwaukee, proposed building a speculative industrial facility on the largest remaining plot of land in Franklin Business Park in Franklin, WI. The city’s Community Development Authority will review the proposal.

The proposed building would measure 163,716 square feet, and sit on approximately 11 acres. The site had originally been held for another business expansion, and recently became available. The park is a 425-acre center at 5100 W. Ryan Rd.

If Zilber’s proposal should be approved, and the building developed, only smaller plots of land would be available in the business park for development. The business park’s close to 100% occupancy means city officials are seeking to develop a new, 500-acre business park on Franklin’s south side.
