Zietsman, Lyle Leave JLL, Form Capital Markets, Advisory Firm

Chris Lyle

Commercial real estate industry veterans Michael Zietsman and Chris Lyle founded Zietsman Property Group (ZPG), a Los Angeles-based real estate capital markets and advisory firm. Zietsman and Lyle were most recently executives in the capital markets group at JLL. Zietsman was a part of the leadership team and a top producer.

The pair have worked together for 25 years and executed in excess of $18 billion of institutional property sales, recapitalizations and refinancings.

Zietsman says, “I’m thrilled to announce the formation of our boutique capital markets firm and my continued partnership with Christine Lyle, my business partner for the last 25 years.”

Previously, the capital markets leaders held senior leadership positions at Zietsman Realty Partners, Lehman Brothers and Jones Lang Wooton.

ZPG will specialize in the sale and recapitalization of office and retail properties, and provide advisory services in all product types across the U.S. markets.
