Zeller’s Ari Glass to Join Mansueto Office Team
Ari Glass, president of Zeller Realty Corporation and co-managing director of Zeller Realty Group (ZRG), is leaving ZRG to join Mansueto Office Inc. as head of real estate, effective June 30. Glass will be succeeded as president by Chris Baker, currently ZRG’s head of asset management.
In his new role, Glass will continue to collaborate with ZRG, which manages and operates the Wrigley Building (pictured) for Joe Mansueto, who purchased the property in June 2018.
“Ari is a close friend and colleague of many years, and a longstanding investor in many assets of the firm,” said Paul Zeller, ZRG’s chairman and CEO. “We wish him well in achieving an expanding relationship with Joe Mansueto and Mansueto Office Inc. going forward.”
Glass joined ZRG in 2002, and for four years prior to that was responsible for leasing and marketing Golub & Company’s downtown Chicago portfolio. He has also worked for JLL.
