Zeller Promotes COO Bob Six to CEO

Current COO Bob Six has been promoted to CEO of Zeller. Sam Zeller, VP of Zeller Development Corporation, has been promoted to COO and will work in tandem with Six. Former CEO Paul Zeller will remain the chairman and founder of Zeller and will retain control of capital allocation for the Chicago-based investment and development firm as well.
 
Six joined Zeller in 2001 and served in the COO role since 2007.  In his new role as CEO, Bob will oversee all aspects of Zeller and its affiliates; Zeller Realty Corporation, Zeller Management Corporation, Zeller Development Corporation, and Zeller Investment Corporation.  

Sam Zeller will oversee the management and administration for all Zeller entities and properties.  He will provide leadership to Zeller’s asset management group, leasing and marketing executives, and will be fully engaged with the development and property management groups.
