Zachry Launches 203-Key Embassy Suites

Zachry Hospitality has broken ground on a 203-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton, which will be in Fulcrum Development’s 34-acre Landmark Centre. The Northwest San Antonio hotel is part of a mixed-use development that will hold office and restaurant space, along with hospitality and a conference center.

The future hotel will be at 5615 Landmark Parkway, and is scheduled for delivery by summer 2018. The property will offer a full-service restaurant, a fitness center, and outdoor walking paths, along with surrounding retail amenities.

Zachry Hospitality, headquartered in San Antonio, is the first to invest in Landmark Centre. Meanwhile, the 161,350-square-foot Landmark One office building will soon be completed.
