Yuba City Sale Shows Strength of Local Market

Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of White Front Apartments, a 12-unit apartment property located in Yuba City. The sale price was $1,440,000.

“The building had been owned by the same family for over 15 years,” said Tony DeLoney, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Sacramento office. “The property was in average condition and the buyer plans to renovate every unit. The sale represents how strong the Yuba-Sutter market sentiment is and the strength of Northern California more broadly.”

Tony and David DeLoney, first VP investments in the firm’s Sacramento office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The site generated multiple competing offers before a private investor, procured by Tony and David DeLoney, completed the purchase.

Built in 1970, White Front Apartments is located at 1165 B St. in Yuba City. The property has four one-bedroom/one-bath and eight two-bedroom/one-bath apartments, and is 91% occupied.
