Ytech building second Brickell high-rise

Ytech Building Another Brickell Highrise

Ytech is developing 7 Broadway, which would total 400,892 square feet in 54 stories, with 113 condos and 193 parking spaces in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Amenity decks would be on floors eight, 49 and 50, including a pool on the latter floor. The project will only take up about 20,000 square feet of land. Ytech paid just over $8 million for the property.

The South Florida Business Journal reports the condo would mostly have larger units. The typical condos would range from 1,380 to 2,490 square feet, plus there would be a select number of 5,932-square-foot penthouses. It would have 36 one-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom units, 38 three-bedroom units, and three penthouses. Kohn Pederson Fox Associates in New York designed the project.

Ytech is already building the 70-story Residences at 1428 Brickell only a block away. In between them is the Cipriani Residences Miami, which is under construction by Mast Capital.
