The owners of Wildcatter Ranch and Resort in Graham, TX listed the 1,484-acre asset with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty for approximately $15 million. What will the buyer get for those millions? A 16-room hotel, 16 cabin suites, two two-bedroom homes, two horse barns and a 25,000-square-foot restaurant, among other things. Plenty of amenities are to be had as well, including horseback riding, hiking, fishing, a swimming pool and therapeutic spa.

Wildcatter Ranch and Resort, approximately 90 miles northeast of Abilene, TX on State Highway 16 South along the Brazos River, opened in 2005, with the goal of providing an Old West escape in a resort-style setting for those interested in experiencing life on a working ranch. The site is chock-full of Texas history, such as conflicts between early settlers and Native Americans, the oil boom, cattle drives, and more.
