Younger Picks Up McKinney, Longview Retail Centers

Younger Partners Investments (YPI) bought 380 Towne Crossing, a 137,287-square-foot retail center in McKinney. Weber & Co. was the seller. The sale was part of a two-property portfolio.

Built in 2007, the retail center is located at the northwest corner of U.S. Route 75 and State Highway 380. It is 98.2% occupied by tenants, including FedEx Office, Buffalo Wild Wings, Leslie’s Pool, Cook Children’s Pediatrics and Sleep Experts. A 12,000-square-foot freestanding space, that was once housing the now-bankrupt Party City, is available. The McKinney acquisition was part of a deal that encompasses nearly 290,000 square feet.

YPI also bought the 150,775-square-foot Longview Towne Crossing, its first deal in East Texas. The Property is 95.6% occupied and anchored by PetSmart, Five Below and Old Navy.
