Younger Partners Selected to Lease Dallas High School

Matthews Paradise Office Development teamed up with Younger Partners on an office leasing assignment at the historic Dallas High School in Downtown Dallas. The four-story, 109,000-square-foot landmark redevelopment is slated to open Q4 2017.

The partnership is seeking to lease the top floor of the former school, which was built in 1907. The project’s unique architecture, excellent access to public transit, as well as an on-site restaurant, and nearby hotels are aligned with tenant expectations.

Matthews Paradise’s Jack Matthews says their intent is “to preserve the history of this building,” as well as “extend the CBD and encourage development that connects the Arts District to the Farmers Market and on to Deep Ellum.”

The rehabilitation and office conversion of the high school is the initial phase of an overall project. The property is located at Bryan Street, the I-45/Live Oak exit ramp, and N Pearl St.
