Young Homes Snags Augusta Apartment Community for $41M

Young Homes has acquired Estates at Perimeter, a 240-unit apartment community in Augusta, GA. The sales price was $41 million.

Built in 2007, the community is located in West Augusta at the intersection of Interstates 20 and 520. Amenities include a dog park, clubhouse media center, car care center, fitness center, playground and swimming pool. Units at the community feature crown molding, track lighting, gooseneck faucets, separate dining areas, walk-in closets, ceiling fans and laundry rooms with washer and dryer included.

Taylor Bird, Robert Stickel and Nelson Abels of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sellers, Coastal Ridge Real Estate and H. Katz Capital, in the transaction.
