Yonkers MF Property Sold for $2M 

ERG Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the sale of a 16-unit multifamily property in Yonkers for $2.3 million. The name of the buyer and seller was not disclosed. 

This fully rent-stabilized four-story building, located at 15 Locust Hill Avenue and constructed in 1927, offers a total of 12,544 square feet of space. The property commanded a selling price of $138,235 per unit and $187 per square foot.
