Yonkers Apts. Lease Up in Just 4 Months
Blue Communities, a lifestyle residential brand owned by Doron Pergament, said its newest 94-unit luxury apartment building, Hudson Blue in Yonkers, was 100% leased after only four months. Move-ins at Hudson Blue began this past April.
“We built Hudson Blue in Yonkers to meet the growing demand for luxurious rental apartments at reasonable prices in this highly desirable neighborhood,” said Pergament. “Hudson Blue is the epitome of what Blue Communities stands for and we are excited to continue building the Blue Communities brand in convenient locations throughout the Tri-State, especially as the demand increases for residents to leave New York City.”
David Kasner of Century 21 American Homes said, “The rapid lease-up of Hudson Blue within a four-month time span and during COVID, showcases the strength of the luxury rental market outside of New York City and specifically, in Westchester.”
