Boston Properties Limited Partnership, the operating partnership of BXP, has closed on a new, $1.2 billion unsecured term loan facility.

Yieldstreet Buys RE Investment Platform Cadre 

Yieldstreet has acquired Cadre, an online real estate investment platform serving institutional and high-net-worth investors. 

The collective investment value across both platforms is over $9.7 billion, with investors having allocated $5.3 billion and received $3.1 billion in returns to date. Yieldstreet plans to offer investors additional institutional-quality investments, enhanced liquidity through a secondary market, and new ways to invest in private markets. Cadre CEO Ryan Williams will continue to lead Cadre and also serve as Global Head of Institutional Partnerships & Clients for Yieldstreet.
