Yellow Corporation Right-Sizes into New Overland Park Offices

CBRE has arranged a new 84,674-square-foot lease in Overland Park, KS to serve as the new field resource center for Yellow Corporation. Located on the Aspira Campus at 11500 Outlook St., the company will occupy the fourth and fifth floors and have prominent exterior signage.

Bob Fagan and Matt Eckert of CBRE represented Yellow Corporation in the transaction. The company will occupy the space beginning in the first quarter of 2022. The company is currently located at Roe Avenue and I-435 in Overland Park, within the Kansas City metro area, in approximately 380,000 square feet spread across multiple buildings.

“Workplace strategy is a driving factor in the majority of office relocations or remodels seen today,” said Fagan. “This move represents forward thinking that meets the needs of employees and serves as an excellent example of how right-sizing office space can be possible for all organizations across the country.”
