Yardi Renews, Expands Space at 12301 Research Blvd.

Yardi Marketplace Inc. renewed its 23,379 square-foot lease, and expanded into an additional 7,182 square feet at 12301 Research Blvd., Building IV, on Austin’s far northwest side. The tenant is a procurement solutions company for the real estate industry.

Chris Perry, SIOR and Kristi Svec Simmons, SIOR of Aquila Commercial represented Yardi Marketplace. Kevin Granger and Brian Liverman with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. The specific dollar amount was not available, however, the average rent for space in the 184,159-square-foot building is quoted at approximately $35-per-square-foot.

The property, part of a five-building portfolio, delivered in 2001. The current ownership acquired Buildings III and IV in 2013.
