Yale Realty Services Acquires 181K-SF Retail Center in Tennessee

An affiliate of Yale Realty Services Corp. has acquired West Towne Commons, a 180,960-square-foot retail center in Jackson, TN. The sales price was not disclosed.

West Towne Commons is a super-regional retail center located in Jackson, halfway between Memphis and Nashville. The property features a tenant line-up of national retailers that includes TJ Maxx, Five Below, Dollar Tree, Petco, Stein Mart, Office Max, Academy Sports, Kroger and Target. At the time of sale, the property was 97% occupied.

Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan and Mike Allison of JLL represented the seller, a partnership between DRA Advisors and RCG Ventures, in the transaction. The deal was secured by HFF prior to being acquired by JLL in July of 2019.
