Yakima Duplex Portfolio Changes Hands for Nearly $7M

A portfolio of 11 duplexes in the Powerhouse Villas community of Yakima, WA, has sold for $6.6 million in a transaction arranged by Kidder Mathews’ Simon & Anderson multifamily investment team. The neighborhood, at the corner of Powerhouse Road and North 31st Avenue, is located in the popular West Yakima submarket.

“In an unsteady real estate and interest rate market, it is great to see this sale get over the finish line. Both the sellers and buyer were motivated to make this sale go through, making this transaction a pleasure to work on,” said Kidder Mathews’ Max Frame who represented the sellers along with the firm’s Winslow Lee.

Powerhouse Villas is comprised of 43 duplexes and triplexes built just 4 years ago. The gated community is surrounded by several amenities including schools, retail centers, healthcare facilities and more.
