XX House, Hub for Female Leaders, to Reside in Williamsburg

A members-only community for female leaders and creators, The XX House, has leased 15,479 square feet for its first private space at CW Realty Management’s 61 N. 11th St. in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood. Corey Horowitz and Justin Myers of Lee & Associates represented ownership in negotiations, while Brown Harris Stevens’ Wendy Maitland, Emma Maitland and Wyatt Bertz represented The XX House, with occupancy expected in the third quarter.

“This is one of the most significant cultural and entertainment neighborhoods within New York City, and the entrance of a cutting-edge innovation hub like The XX House will only increase the area’s prestige,” said Horowitz. “This lease is one of the largest office signings in Williamsburg in many years, and the collaborative use aligns extremely well with our vision for 61 North 11th Street.”

CW Realty acquired the three-story, vacant warehouse in 2017 and is converting it into a lifestyle-oriented mixed-use property with commercial and retail space.
