XRoads Real Estate Negotiates 10-Year Lease in Arlington Heights

Xroads Real Estate Advisors has represented ownership in a long-term lease to Brazil-021 at 3350 Salt Creek Lane in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Christine Simek, senior vice president with Xroads, represented Pinnacle Capital Arlington Heights LLC in the 2,845-square-foot, 10-year lease to Brazil-021, a jiu-jitsu studio that has locations in the U.S., Canada and Brazil. Brazil-021 was represented by Zach Perlstein of Frontline.

The property is a single-story, office/flex complex built in 1985. It is located near Route 53 and Euclid Avenue in the suburb of Arlington Heights. “Excess space in traditional offices and flex properties represents a tremendous opportunity for health and wellness uses,” said Simek. “In addition to Brazil-021, we recently welcomed Empowered Fitness and Recovery to the property. These tenants will both be providing valuable services to their respective communities for years to come.”
