XRoads Real Estate Advisors Negotiates Suburban Chicago Office Leases

Xroads Real Estate Advisors has negotiated two 10-year leases to healthcare and fitness providers at office properties in Chicago’s Northwest and Far West Suburbs.

Christine Simek, senior vice president, and Dave Tankersley, associate broker, represented a private owner in a 2,019-square-foot, 10-year lease to Gameday Men’s Health at 350 Houbolt Road, Suite 200, in Joliet, Illinois. Gameday Men’s Health, a provider of personalized men’s health services, was represented by Michael Caldarazo with CARR. Simek and Tankersley also represented both the private owner and tenant, Empowered Fitness and Recovery LLC, in a 5,867-square-foot,10-year lease at 3350 Salt Creek Lane, Suite 109, in Arlington Heights.

“Excess space in traditional offices and flex properties represents a tremendous opportunity for medical and health-related uses,” said Simek. “Game Day Men’s Health and Empowered Fitness will both be providing valuable services to their respective communities for years to come.”
