X Team Retail Advisors Re-Elects Board of Directors for 2025

X Team Retail Advisors has selected its 2025 board of directors to lead the national platform comprised of more than 350 retail real estate specialists spread across nearly 50 markets in the U.S. and Canada. Dave Cheatham, who leads affiliate member Velocity Retail Group in Phoenix, has been elected for a third term to serve as president of X Team, and four other board chairs were re-elected to another term of service in 2025.

The five members re-elected under two-year terms to the X Team board for 2025 include:

  • President: Dave Cheatham, Velocity Retail Group, Phoenix
  • Treasurer: Nathan Shor, S.L. Nusbaum, Richmond, VA
  • Secretary: Lea Clay Park, Axiom Retail Advisors, Southern California
  • Business Development: Jason Baker, Baker Katz, Houston
  • Midwest Regional Director: Dan Paxton, Edge Real Estate Group, Cincinnati

“I am honored to have been selected again by the affiliate members to lead X Team and am proud to report that the slate of five Board Members was elected to return as Chairs in 2025,” said Cheatham. “The mission of this national affiliate platform remains anchored on expansion of services and geographic growth to collaboratively serve the needs of retailers and landlords.”
