X Team Retail Advisors Adds Upstate NY Affiliate

 X Team Retail Advisors, a national platform comprised of nearly 400 retail real estate specialists spread across nearly 50 markets in the U.S. and Canada, continues to expand its national footprint. The latest to join as an affiliate member is Trinity Realty Group (TRG), a market-leading retail brokerage and advisory firm based in Albany, NY that serves the Upstate NY market.

TRG partner Andrew Peckage said, “This strategic partnership positions TRG among a prestigious network of retail brokerage firms. Joining this forward-thinking national retail platform will allow us to better serve our clients throughout the region.”

The firm covers markets from Westchester County to Buffalo, encompassing such MSAs as the Hudson Valley, Albany, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo. TRG recently added three new professionals including Jim Morrissey as director of brokerage sales, and retail brokers Chris Jones and Michael Maznio.
