X Team Retail Advisors Adds Econic in Bay Area

X Team Retail Advisors, a national organization comprised of more than 350 retail real estate affiliate specialists located in 44 markets across the U.S. and Canada, has added The Econic Company, a Bay Area firm specializing in landlord and tenant services.

“With The Econic Company joining our platform, we have added an important and noteworthy component to the X Team platform,” said Dave Cheatham, president of X Team Retail Advisors. “James Chung and his team bring an impressive background in landlord and tenant services and their inclusion with X Team adds a noteworthy punch to our outreach and service.”

The Econic Company, based in Campbell, was launched two years ago by Chung, formerly of Cushman & Wakefield, where he transacted more than $1 billion in total lease consideration. This past May, Econic expanded its presence in the region with the addition of several high-profile hires.
