X Team Retail Advisors, a national platform comprised of nearly 400 retail real estate specialists spread across nearly 50 markets in the U.S. and Canada, added another affiliate to its national platform. COUNCIL Real Estate, an Atlanta-based retail brokerage, is the second to join as an affiliate member within the last month.  

This move by COUNCIL marks a significant step in the firm’s continued growth and commitment to delivering tenant and landlord representation services in the Atlanta market, across Georgia and the Southeast. 

Led by Managing Principal and broker Sarah Williams and Principal Taylor Dozier, COUNCIL has quickly earned a reputation as a go-to retail specialist. COUNCIL tenant representation includes national and local brands such as Tropical Smoothie Café, Peachtree Immediate Care, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, Hattie B’s, High Country Outfitters, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Home Sense, Sierra, LA Fitness, Sola, and Carter’s, whose headquarters are in Atlanta. 

Last year X Team launched a national Retailer Services business line with a suite of outsourced services designed specifically for retailers.
