X Houston starts work on 475 unit. co-living project

X Marks Co-Living Spot in Houston

A “Co-Living” multi-family residential project by The X Company is coming to Houston. Hoar Construction started work on X Houston, a 475-unit multifamily project in the city’s Museum District. Developed by X Co. and designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative, X Houston will be a 33-story high-rise that will span 756,000 square feet and will house ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, bar area and coworking spaces. The amenity floors are available to building residents and non-residents with membership in an exclusive “Club.” An exclusive resident-only small rooftop amenity area is also being planned.

The X Company is the first and largest branded network of member clubs and private residences in the country. The X Co. is currently active in six markets, with 5,000 beds in the current portfolio and over $1B in construction activity.
