X-Golf Tees Up New Location at Westbury’s Samanea Mall

Colliers secured a 10-year lease for X-Golf America, an indoor golf simulator and full-service bar and restaurant, in Westbury’s Samanea Mall. Managing directors Matthew Kucker, Jordan Baruch and Herb Agin represented ownership and secured the long-term lease for the tenant. 

The Long Island Colliers team has completed several leases, totaling more than 75,000 square feet, at the resurgent property over the past few months.

X-Golf leased 6,200 square feet previously occupied by David’s Bridal. The deal was brokered by the Colliers team alongside Dominic Coluccio from Samanea New York, with Bradley Diamond from PARALLEL Realty representing the tenant along with Christopher Sciocchetti the franchisee

Samanea Mall, formerly known as Source Mall, has undergone a $28-million renovation to accelerate the process of bringing in new tenants, restaurants and entertainment. It’s surrounded by a large number of retailers including Costco, Total Wine, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, IHOP and Chick-fil-A, among others.
