X-Golf America to Open Largest Store in Frederick

X-Golf America, an indoor entertainment center franchise, has selected Westview Promenade in Frederick, Maryland, for its largest facility in the national chain. The site, set to open in January, will encompass 13,414 square feet and house eight indoor golf simulators.  

The facility will include a full-service sports bar and restaurant, providing a venue for special events, gatherings, and live sports viewing. X-Golf Frederick will also offer league competitions and PGA Pro Golf lessons and competitions. 

Hill Management Services represented the landlord in this lease transaction with a team led by Ashley Zito and Danielle Bridge. Westview Promenade, anchored by Regal Westview Cinema and MOM’s Organic Market, is a 200,000-square-foot outdoor lifestyle center located at the intersection of Maryland Route 85 (Buckeystown Pike) and Crestwood Boulevard.
