The extended stay brand for Wyndham Resorts is expected to be completed by Q4 2024. The Austin Business Journal reports ECHO Suites by Wyndham in Round Rock will have 124 guest rooms mostly meant for professionals who are working and living in the area as they transition into the market such as technology workers, senior construction managers and traveling nurses.

Gulf Coast Hotel Development LLC is behind the project on a greenfield site at 1485 Meister Lane, off the State Highway 45 toll road in the city directly north of Austin. The construction of the 51,400-square-foot hotel is estimated to cost $13.5 million.

Gulf Coast intends to begin construction in the fourth quarter of this year. Design work is being done by BRR Architecture Inc. There are 200 Echo Suites locations in the pipeline.
