WTG Properties Sells Springfield Office Building for $14M 

Vienna’s WTG Properties has sold a 61,700-square-foot flex property in Springfield, Virginia, has been sold to a Northern Virginia private investor group for $13.96 million, reported by Washington Business Journal. 

Located at 7741 Southern Drive in the Springbelt Center Industrial Park, the property has been occupied by Cox Communications since its construction in 1993. The property offers lab, tech, warehouse, and auto repair space on a 10-acre site. 

Andrew Fallon and Philip Wellde of SRS Real Estate Partners brokered the sale.
