WSS Signs Lease at Former Riverside Rite-Aid

Progressive Real Estate Partners has represented WSS in leasing a 15,000-square-foot space at a former Rite-Aid in Riverside, CA. The store is located at the intersection of University Avenue and Chicago Avenue that sees traffic counts of over 46,000 cars a day. 

The shopping center is home to Grocery Outlet, Planet Fitness, Wingstop and many other tenants and is also directly across the street from a Food 4 Less anchored center. In addition, it is in close proximity to the 91 and 215 freeways.

This is the 4th WSS lease that Senior VP Paul Galmarini of Progressive Real Estate Partners has helped arrange in the Inland Empire, including Victorville, Perris and Indio, and this will be the second WSS location in Riverside when it opens early next year. The retail outlet features a wide selection of athletic, fashion and casual top brand shoes, clothing and accessories.
