WPD Management Volunteers Give Back to South Side Community

Employees with WPD Management, a property management company operating throughout the South Side of Chicago, made a meaningful impact on the community so far this summer, volunteering at two different organizations in June and July.

“Giving back has always been an important part of our company,” said Patrick Ryan, COO at WPD. “By offering two volunteer days so far this year for our employees, we recognize the critical role nonprofit organizations play in our community and the responsibility we all have in helping them succeed.”

In June, 16 team members volunteered at Humble Design, lending a hand in the bed frame section helping organize and assemble. Their organizational efforts will allow designers to quickly work through the warehouse and serve more families in need of their help. Through Volunteering Untapped Chicago, 12 team members volunteered to clean up Harold Washington Park in July.
