WPD Expands Property Management Service to West Side
WPD Management, a property management company operating throughout the South Side of Chicago, is expanding its service to the city’s West Side. In the past two months, the company has added 200 West Side apartment units to its management portfolio.
“With more than 3,500 apartments in our management portfolio, we’ve built a strong reputation within south side communities,” WPD COO Patrick Ryan said. “Our expansion to the city’s West Side is a natural progression for our company.”
WPD’s newest property management assignments on the West Side include apartments in East Garfield Park, West Garfield Park, Austin, and South Austin.
“We are excited to deepen our relationship with West Side communities and provide support to residents and owners in this area of the city,” said director of business development Dan Nagle.
The firm has the goal of reaching 5,000 units under management citywide by the end of 2022.
