Worth Signs Goodwill San Antonio to 42K SF

Worth & Associates recently leased 42,227 square feet in its Austin Highway Business Center at 7373 Broadway in San Antonio to Goodwill San Antonio Business Services. Goodwill will use the space as it expands call center services to both local and national businesses.

“We are particularly proud to be home to Goodwill San Antonio Business Services, an organization that does such meaningful work in the San Antonio community and throughout South Texas,” said Worth & Associates SVP Rick Littleton. “We believe the Austin Highway Business Center is the perfect location to facilitate their work, and will ensure this space meets their needs.”

The tenant began move-in last month. The space will house approximately 200 employees managing inbound, outbound, e-mail and live chat services when the finish-out is complete. Jeff Miller and Meredith Sheeder of JLL represented Goodwill in the lease negotiations.
