WorldVentures Takes 125K SF at Legacy Tennyson Center

WorldVentures leased 125,000 square feet at the Legacy Tennyson Center campus in Plano, TX for its international headquarters. The travel membership company took down all of the 100,000 square feet in Building 1, and an additional 25,000 square feet in Building 2. The campus is at 5100 and 5160 Tennyson Pkwy.

Transwestern’s Duane Henley and Nathan Durham represented landlord Franklin Street Properties Corp. in the transaction. The duo also represented the owner in a 17,153-square-foot lease to Affinion Group in Building 2. Andy Leatherman and Conor McCarthy of JLL was the tenant rep.

“Legacy Tennyson Center has benefited from being a well-designed, efficient office development with excellent access to residential and retail areas,” Henley said. “The Legacy market continues to retain tenants, and is experiencing great success in recruiting new users of office space.”
