A major industrial project proposed for Moreno Valley is coming under public scrutiny.
There will be a public hearing today on the World Logistics Center, which is planned by developer Iddo Benzeevi, head of Highland Fairview. The $3-billion project would total 2,600 acres and 40.6 million square feet.
The project would reportedly be the largest logistics park of its kind in the Inland Empire, and would take 15 years to complete.
In addition to today’s public hearing, the proposed project also faces votes by several city committees.
