World International Trading Inks 22K-SF Industrial Lease in Doral

Miami-based World International Trading LLC has signed a 22,158-square-foot industrial lease at 10890 Northwest 30th St. in Doral. The facility includes 4,624 square feet of office space. CBRE’s Devin White, David Albert and Andrew Fernandez arranged the lease on behalf of ownership, The Mackle Company LLC.

The warehouse is located nearby Dolphin Expressway, Palmetto Expressway and the Florida Turnpike. World International Trading was founded in 1994 and their line of business includes the wholesale distribution of games, toys, hobby goods and supplies.

“The timing in which this lease was completed speaks to the strong fundamentals of industrial space in Miami-Dade County, even during the current economic state,” said Devin White of CBRE.
