WorkSuites Continues Expansion, Opens 21st Location

Co-working company WorkSuites continued widening its Dallas-Fort Worth footprint, announcing it will open its latest location in Southlake, TX. The company is taking 19,000 square feet at 1560 E. Southlake Blvd., in Southlake Town Square. The opening represents WorkSuites’ 17th location in DFW, and its 21st space overall.

The office space will occupy two full floors, and is situated adjacent to Southlake Town Square’s retail, restaurant and residential components. Also nearby is a 248-key Hilton Hotel.

WorkSuite’s Flip Howard indicated that the Southlake location was opened in response to large demand. “It used to be all about the proximity to DFW airport and the affluent neighborhoods in Southlake,” he added. “But lately, we are seeing so much momentum in Westlake and the Alliance corridor, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if we added another location further west in a year or two after Southlake Town Square fills.”
