WorkSuites Continues Expansion, Launches 30K-SF Uptown Dallas Space

WorkSuites continued its expansion in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and will soon open a new office in Dallas’ Uptown area, at 4131 N. Central Expwy. The 30,000-square-foot location will occupy two full floors, making it the largest location, to date, for the locally-headquartered co-working company.

Westdale Asset Management of Dallas owns and operates the 12-story, 177,015-square-foot office building, also known as the Westdale CBS Tower. The property recently underwent a $1.5 million renovation, which added a fitness center and tenant lounge, as well as upgrades to the lobby, parking garage, front entry, common areas and restrooms.

“Some of the hottest spots in Dallas right now are around Fitzhugh and Henderson Avenue,” said WorkSuites’ Flip Howard. He added that, while WorkSuites has “multiple locations” in the nearby Love Field and Uptown areas, “we are really excited about what is happening along the Central Expressway corridor between downtown (Dallas) and (Southern Methodist University).”
