Workforce Solutions Relocates to 71K SF at Northview Business Park

Workforce Solutions Capital Area is moving its flagship North Career Center to 70,508 square feet at Austin’s Northview Business Park. The non-profit organization is planning to move into the 254,972-square-foot business center at 9001 N. Interstate 35 in July.

Rick Whiteley, Bob Wynn and Richard Whiteley with Cushman & Wakefield led the company’s Tenant Advisory Group to help the job center find its new space. JLL’s Brent Powdrill, Kevin Kimbrough and Travis Rogers represented TriGate Capital, Northview Business Park’s owner, in the transaction.

The move means Workforce Solutions can triple the number of conference rooms and meeting spaces to accommodate job seekers, employers and collaborative space. Also on tap will be an increased number of total work stations. “We are excited to be moving into a larger, more intentional, more inclusive space,” said Workforce Solutions’ Tamara Atkinson.
