Workbox to Open Its Largest Workspace in Civic Opera Building

Workbox plans to open its largest U.S. location in the Loop neighborhood of Chicago at 20 N. Wacker Drive.

Workbox Chicago—Civic Opera will offer flexible workspace solutions, programming, and networking events. At over 68,000 square feet, the new location will span two entire floors of workspace solutions, lounges, conference rooms, public outdoor space, a workout facility, and modern amenities. The space will offer offices and suites for teams ranging in size from 1 to 50 individuals.

When it opens in June, it will be the company’s seventh location in Chicago and 13th nationwide. “We have seen an acceleration of demand growth since the beginning of the year across our entire Chicago portfolio as companies, big and small, return to work,” said John Wallace, CEO and Founder of Workbox. The Civic Opera Building will be our second location in the Loop and offers our members even closer proximity to Ogilvie and Union Stations, Chicago’s two main transportation hubs to and from the suburbs.”
